Founded in 2017 by Brooklyn native Lee Cohen, RedHoek+ takes its name from Red Hook, the waterfront neighborhood where the firm’s earliest projects took shape. From the outset, our purpose has been clear: to create thoughtful architecture that reflects the character of its surroundings while elevating the way people live.
 

Today, RedHoek+ has more than $500 million in residential value delivered and in development. Our portfolio spans boutique urban condominiums, master-planned coastal communities, and contemporary waterfront residences. Each project is shaped through close collaboration with leading architects, designers, builders, and capital partners, and executed to an uncompromising standard of quality.
