OUR STORY
RedHoek+Partners is a property development group born in Red Hook, Brooklyn.
Our company was founded in 2017 by Brooklyn native, Lee Cohen, who stumbled upon Red Hook one afternoon while on a trip to Ikea. After falling in love with the area, Lee’s creative juices started flowing. He set out to create developments that preserved the authenticity of their respective neighborhoods while strengthening the community.
We specialize in: property development, construction management, property management, investor relations and community advocacy.
OUR MISSION
We work to create inspirational, forward-thinking residential/commercial spaces that benefit makers and working professionals in their respective neighborhoods. Every decision we make from start to finish is carefully assessed to ensure that we are adding value to the community as well as to our investors.
OUR COMMUNITIES
Red Hook, Brooklyn
Community is a priority for RedHoek+Partners. Like many of the residents in Brooklyn, especially Red Hook, we too are artisan makers. We pull inspiration from the textures, art and culture of Red Hook and integrate them into our projects. We take the local opinions into consideration before we break ground on any new structure. We are a proud supporter of the arts through social media projects and land donation, as well as a sponsor for the Red Hook Chabad.
