Daniel Braha
Jr. Director of Finance
I'm a proud Jersey native, born and raised, who is now taking on the city. With a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Yeshiva University, I'm the mastermind behind the scenes at the Redhoek office, transforming projects from a financial perspective—truly a maestro in the world of spreadsheets. Outside of work, you'll catch me cooking, playing baseball, or seeking my next adrenaline rush.

I am a dynamic professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Yeshiva University. With a passion for turning visions into reality, I possess a unique blend of development and construction expertise. My hands-on experience in construction equips me with the practical skills necessary to execute and manage projects effectively. My journey into the world of construction began with working on various projects at RedHoek+, where I acquired skills in project management, budgeting, and negotiation. This hands-on experience has enabled me to navigate the complexities of the construction industry with confidence and precision. Outside of my professional pursuits, I like to travel and explore new destinations. I strive for excellence and have a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Chuan Chen
Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager with a Civil Engineering degree from NYU, I thrive at the intersection of strategic planning and hands-on execution. With deep-rooted background in both real estate and construction, I bring a practical yet forward-thinking approach to every project I lead. My passion for problem-solving drives me to navigate complex challenges and deliver successful outcomes on time and on budget. When I’m not managing projects, you’ll find me exploring new destinations or staying active outdoors, always on the lookout for new experiences.
Jack Tawil
Chief Financial Officer
Originally from Brooklyn, Jack brings a wealth of experience and a keen analytical mind to the firm, adeptly managing complex financial landscapes while fostering and optimizing budgetary performance. He is responsible for financial forecasting and projections, as well as acting as the financial controller, overseeing accounting operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. His leadership and expertise are integral to RedHoek's continued success and innovation in the real estate market.

Asset Manager
As a native New Yorker with a Finance degree from Brooklyn College, my passion lies in the development of exceptional structures. I'm continuously inspired by crafting residential spaces that people can proudly call home. I'm enthusiastic about contributing and supporting the team in all aspects of Construction and Development at RedHoek+.

Christopher Sultana
Construction Superintendent
I am a Pace University graduate and a dedicated Field Superintendent for RedHoek+. With strong time management skills and a keen attention to safety, I excel in rapid response and meticulous organization. My expertise spans all areas of carpentry, including demolition, framing, sheetrock, plastering, painting, wood flooring installation, and various types of tiling. Known for my take-charge attitude, dependability, and commitment to quality, I bring high energy and a results-driven mindset to every RedHoek+ project.
Karla Salcedo
Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant, I’m dedicated to keeping each day organized and running smoothly. I manage schedules, coordinate with partners and stakeholders, and handle daily tasks that allow executives to focus on key decisions and growth opportunities. I’m eager to support RedHoek+ in creating a productive and efficient environment. Away from my desk, I’m relaxing with a good book and a cup of tea, or unwinding with some karaoke and quality time with my family.

I am a Pace University graduate with a Major in Finance. As a Project Manager at Redhoek+, I strive for excellence in execution from concept to completion. Ensuring a successful project schedule and a well maintained budget are my bread and butter. Crafting Brooklyn's future one project at a time is truly humbling. The sky is my only limit.
Alan Chabbott
Head of Aquisitions
I lead acquisitions at RedHoek+, identifying and evaluating development and repositioning opportunities across the New York metropolitan area. My experience spans retail, mixed-use, office, and healthcare assets, with a focus on off-market deal creation, zoning strategy, and disciplined underwriting. Before joining RedHoek+, I held roles in acquisitions, leasing, and portfolio management at YEH Group NYC, DelShah Capital, Mason Asset Management, MedRite Urgent Care, and EXR Group, completing more than 80 transactions across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. I am a licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of ICSC and REBNY.
