As the founder of RedHoek+, I find opportunities to pursue and create strategies to maximize the value for our investors, community and the company. I strive to maintain a positive work environment for my employees so everyone performs at their best in the office and can return home feeling great at the end of each day.
Daniel Russel
Director of Development & Construction
With over 30 years of experience in architecture, development, and construction management, I have completed thousands of units across ground-up construction, historic adaptive reuse, and large-scale renovations spanning residential, hospitality, office, education, and retail with a total project value exceeding $1 billion. Born in Manhattan, raised in Brooklyn, I have built throughout the New York metro area, the Midwest, and the Caribbean. As an architect, owner's representative, and construction manager, I hold advanced degrees in both Architecture and Real Estate Finance. I believe great development is built on great relationships, and I look forward to bringing that philosophy to REDHOEK+ alongside our team, investors, builders, and partners.
Steven Sitt
Asset Manager/Sales
As a native New Yorker with a Finance degree from Brooklyn College, my passion lies in the development of exceptional structures. I'm continuously inspired by crafting residential spaces that people can proudly call home. I'm enthusiastic about contributing and supporting the team in all aspects of Construction and Development at RedHoek+.
Adina Zak
Project Manager - Florida
With over 25 years of experience spanning development, construction, project management, luxury real estate, and sales, I bring a hands-on, owner-focused approach to every project. I serve as the link between ownership, architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants, keeping design, budgets, procurement, and schedules aligned with the owner's vision. For 15 years, I served as Project Manager and Owner's Representative on the Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto, a $500M+, 60-story development. I worked closely with ownership and served as a liaison with the Trump Organization, across land acquisition, legal, construction, product, sales, and marketing. At REDHOEK+, I bring that same big-picture perspective and attention to detail by protecting ownership's interests, anticipating challenges, and driving projects from concept through completion.
Jack Tawil
Chief Financial Officer
Originally from Brooklyn, I bring a wealth of experience and a keen analytical mind to REDHOEK+, managing complex financial landscapes while driving and optimizing budgetary performance across the portfolio. I oversee financial forecasting and projections, serve as financial controller, and ensure our accounting operations and regulatory compliance are running at the highest standard. My focus is on giving the team and our investors the financial clarity and confidence needed to make smart decisions and keep REDHOEK+ growing.
Daniel Braha
Jr. Director of Finance
I'm a proud Jersey native, born and raised, who is now taking on the city. With a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Yeshiva University, I'm the mastermind behind the scenes at the Redhoek office, transforming projects from a financial perspective—truly a maestro in the world of spreadsheets. Outside of work, you'll catch me cooking, playing baseball, or seeking my next adrenaline rush.
Thomas Perry
Lead Project Manager - New Jersey
With over 20 years of hands-on experience delivering ground-up residential and mixed-use projects from concept through completion, I bring deep expertise across the full project lifecycle — from land development and superstructure to MEP systems, facade work, and site safety. My track record includes 350-unit apartment communities, 228-unit townhome developments, and large-scale multi-family builds across New Jersey and New York. I hold a Construction Project Management Certification from Pace University and an OSHA-30 certification, and I am known for leading with integrity, building strong subcontractor relationships, and consistently delivering on time and within budget.

With an Accountancy degree from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, I bring a strong foundation in financial management and a dedication to streamlining processes, improving accuracy, and enhancing efficiency across every function I touch. I am skilled in accounting software and financial systems, and I take pride in delivering thorough and precise financial insights that support REDHOEK+ business decisions and keep our projects running smoothly.

Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations at Redhoek+, I specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and spearheading strategic growth initiatives. From working on high-level plans to grow the company to handling the intricate details of day-to-day operations. Leading our teams to success goes beyond meeting targets—it's about cultivating a culture of excellence where every team member flourishes. When I'm not at the office, you'll find me out and about exploring new spots, enjoying quality time with my family, and relaxing with a glass of wine.
Alan Chabbott
Head of Aquisitions
I lead acquisitions at RedHoek+, identifying and evaluating development and repositioning opportunities across the New York metropolitan area. My experience spans retail, mixed-use, office, and healthcare assets, with a focus on off-market deal creation, zoning strategy, and disciplined underwriting. Before joining RedHoek+, I held roles in acquisitions, leasing, and portfolio management at YEH Group NYC, DelShah Capital, Mason Asset Management, MedRite Urgent Care, and EXR Group, completing more than 80 transactions across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. I am a licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of ICSC and REBNY.

With a passion for turning visions into reality, I possess a unique blend of development and construction expertise. My hands-on experience in construction equips me with the practical skills necessary to execute and manage projects effectively. My journey into the world of construction began with working on various projects at RedHoek+, where I acquired skills in project management, budgeting, and negotiation. This hands-on experience has enabled me to navigate the complexities of the construction industry with confidence and precision. Outside of my professional pursuits, I like to travel and explore new destinations. I strive for excellence and have a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

A graduate of Syracuse University and Brooklyn resident for the past eight years, I bring a background in construction and sustainability across a diverse range of clients — from large commercial organizations and individual homeowners to city and state agencies. At REDHOEK+, I support the construction team by managing project documentation, coordinating key deliverables, and keeping communication clear across internal teams and external partners. I take pride in making sure our team has the information and resources needed to keep things moving.
