121 Dikeman—located right off charming Van Brunt Street—is comprised of five tastefully designed apartments. Each unit features an open floor plan, 11-foot ceilings, European kitchen, concealed appliances, Madera white oak floors, in-home washer/dryer and Nero Marquina black marble in the bathroom(s). In addition, each apartment comes with a private storage unit and access to the bike room. We chose a black charred facade for a more rustic-industrial feel in contrast to the contemporary interiors.
